We will add our Chamber of Commerce details here shortly.

• For a trial class or starter package: the name of the participant, and the name, email address and phone number of whoever books.
• The date of the class you picked and whether you were there or not.
• For a payment: the payment details are processed by Stripe. We only see that a payment was made, not your card or account number.
• For a message through the contact form: your name, your email address and the content of your message.
• Anonymous measurements of the steps in our funnel, for example how often the trial class page is viewed. There are no personal details in those.

For a kids booking we only record the child's name. All contact details belong to the parent or guardian, and all communication goes through that parent. When booking you confirm that you are the parent or guardian.

• To deliver your trial class or membership: confirming, reminding and expecting you on the right evening.
• To follow up after a class: offering a new date if you were not there, or a next step if you were.
• To improve our own service, by looking at where people drop out of the funnel.

The legal basis is the performance of our agreement with you, and our legitimate interest in a working follow-up and measurement.

We keep booking data for at most two years. After that we anonymise it: what remains are the measurements without a name, email address or phone number. Data we are legally required to keep, for example for our accounts, we keep for as long as that obligation lasts.

We never sell your data. We work with the following processors, who only do what we instruct them to do:

• Stripe: payments and subscriptions.
• Resend: sending our emails.
• Neon: our database.
• Vercel: hosting the website.
• Google: Tag Manager and ad measurement, only if you give consent for it.

We do not need tracking cookies for the site to work. Our own measurement of the funnel is functional and works without third party cookies. Only if you give consent do we load the tags we use to measure our ads. You can always withdraw that consent through the button in the cookie policy, which also states exactly what we store and for how long.

You may view your data, have it corrected or have it deleted. You can also object to its use, or ask us to transfer your data. Send an email to info@fightless.nl and we will sort it out within four weeks. If we cannot resolve it together, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Our dashboards sit behind a login without a password: you get a one-time sign-in link by email. Only instructors and the administrator have access, and each of them only sees what belongs to their role.
